Job summary

Brownsburg Health Care Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care under physician orders and center policies. This role supports patient needs across shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities and weekend rotation.

You'll document changes in patient conditions, chart using standard procedures, and collaborate with physicians. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met.
• Follow established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Document any change in patients' conditions, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
• Follow company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
