The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the delivery of safe, quality patient care under the direction of a physician. The LPN is also a member of a designated care team and collaborates with team members in achieving goals.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Adult Medicine delivers hands-on nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient setting focused on adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include administering medications and vaccines, performing EKGs, assisting with procedures, taking vital signs, and updating electronic health records. Works closely with providers to coordinate care, support chronic disease management, and ensure a compassionate, efficient patient experience.
