Job summary

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital's High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) seeks an LPN to deliver skilled, compassionate care to adult patients with complex medical needs in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

You will be supported by an interdisciplinary team and can grow through our Nursing Career Ladder and professional development programs, while maintaining an active Maryland or Compact state LPN license and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland or Compact State LPN license.
• Current BLS (AHA required).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress.
• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support patients and families through education and emotional care.

Our patients include those requiring ventilator or pulmonary support, cardiac monitoring, and recovery from acute brain injuries. As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best outcomes in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Pay Range: $26.38 to $40.89 Based On Experience
