Job summary

DGADA Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a per diem role in Montgomery, Alabama. The LPN will deliver direct nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery under the supervision of an RN.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. Requirements: active Alabama LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical experience

Qualifications

• Current, active Alabama LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical or hospital experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under RN supervision and provide safe, compassionate patient care.

The LPN will work under the direction of an RN and collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery and overall well-being.
