Pay:$40.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Week #1 SunWedThursFri 9am-6pm, Week#2 MonTuesSat 9am-6pm

Hours: 36+

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
• Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team

Schedule

• Full-time: 36hours per week
• Day shifts (Monday – Friday)
• Every other weekend required
