Job summary

CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Lithonia area. This long-term care position supports an IDD client needing total personal care and dedicated clinical attention. We are hiring LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, using a Hoyer Lift, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Requires valid GA LPN license and reliable transportation.

Schedule: MonWedFri 8:00am- 5:00pm, Rotating weekends SatSun 8:00am- 5:00pm
Pay: $40/hr per hour
