Job summary

Southern Hearts Homecare of Georgia inc is seeking a qualified LPN to join our home healthcare team in Georgia. This part-time role offers flexible shifts and compassionate, reliable care to patients in their homes.

Experience in home health is preferred but not required, with training provided to new hires. Responsibilities include following physician orders, medication management, wound care, trach and tube feeding, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• TB skin test or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes.

Now Hiring: Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join Our Home Healthcare Team!

We urgently need compassionate, reliable FULL-TIME Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. Home healthcare experience is preferred but not required—we welcome motivated nurses who are eager to make a difference.

Schedule:

Pick your shift!

Monday - Sunday, 8 hours per day

Monday & Wednesday, 2 pm- 10 pm

Tuesday & Thursday, 9 am - 6 pm

Friday & Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm

Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Medication Management

• Wound care

• Trach

• Tube feeding

• Complete supervisory visits as required

• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional care environment

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia
