Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Rochester, NY is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for our Skilled Nursing Facility. Base pay is $28.37-$32.52 per hour, with a $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights.

New graduates are welcome; a $7500 sign-on bonus is offered to the first 5 full-time hires. Rochester Center benefits include tuition reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, education discounts, two-tiered medical and dental insurance, and daily pay

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NY State LPN license.
• Strong teamwork and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsabilités

• Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May be required to supervise CNAs.
• Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

Duties Include:

• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature

• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed

• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed

• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• HelpingResidents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene

• MonitoringResidents’ food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member

• Valid NY State LPN license

• In good standing with State Registry
