Job summary

New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in New Paltz, NY is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) as part of our skilled nursing team. We offer competitive base pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a $0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights, plus Daily Pay options.

Responsibilities

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

We are hiring GPN's!

Base Rate is $29.18 - $32.83

with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights

Duties:

Up to $50,000 in federal nursing incentives:

Eligible RNs and LPNs at this facility may qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment plus a $10,000 stipend through CMS’s Nurses for Nursing Homes program with a three-year service commitment. Subject to program eligibility, approval, and available funding.
