Job summary
Concierge Home Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for home health assignments in Orlando, FL. This role offers a flexible 4-day schedule with autonomy and the opportunity to focus on each patient with one-on-one care.
You will provide skilled nursing under supervision, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients and families. Per-visit pay is $30–$35 with quarterly bonuses, plus benefits after 30 days.
Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN license.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
- Home health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
