Job summary

Vivera Senior Living of Jeffersonville is seeking an LPN for full-time 1st shift. You will oversee medication administration per physician orders, maintain accurate documentation, and support resident safety with compassionate care.

Responsibilities include creating tailored service plans, coordinating with physicians and families, and contributing to quality improvement efforts while engaging in ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure to practice in Indiana.
• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary Range: $29.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Oversees medication distributionas stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience
