Responsibilities

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring adherence to medication management documentation and resident safety.
• Creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while promoting resident independence.
• Facilitates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family regarding residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participates in ongoing education through seminars, meetings, and other learning opportunities.

Salary Range: $28.50 - $28.82 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience
