Job summary

Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in McDowell County, WV. This is a clinical role within a collaborative care setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, working with medical providers and case managers, monitoring client health, and supporting integrated treatment plans. Prior authorizations, trainings, and health education are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in West Virginia is required.
• Experience working with behavioral health consumers is preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train with other programs is expected.
