Job summary

Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wayne, NJ is seeking an LPN to join our team. This role offers full-time shifts 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM, plus per diem for all shifts, with compensation of $31.50 to $40.50 per hour (all inclusive) and same-day pay.

The LPN will provide patient care, follow care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to standards, plan of care, and physician’s treatment.
• Follow individualized care plans and work with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per care plan and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.

• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
