Community Services Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for 8 individuals with IDD at our Adult IDD ICF. You will perform nursing tasks, administer medications, and coordinate care with physicians and pharmacies, while supporting daily living activities.

The role is full-time on 2nd shift with every-other-weekend availability. New graduates welcome; orientation provided in-person at multiple offices. A vehicle and valid PA driver’s license are required.

• Must hold a valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Flexible hours to meet the program's needs.
• Will accompany individuals into the community with sensitivity to rights and dignity.

Responsabilités

Orientation includes the necessary foundational training needed before providing services in the programs and sets you up for a successful career at CSG. Orientation is held in-person at our Mountville, Williamsport, and Bethlehem offices.
