Job summary

Fairmont Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Fairmont, WV is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. Full-time and part-time positions available with day or night shifts. New graduates welcome; walk-in interviews encouraged.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document changes. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate with RNs and physicians, and maintain accurate records while upholding infection

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in West Virginia or a Compact State.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• New graduate LPNs and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule (med pass).
• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the RN, DON, and physicians.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in resident charts and electronic medical records.

• Follow infection control, safety, and state and federal regulatory standards.

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time | Day Shift and Night Shift available New graduates welcome. Walk-in interviews accepted.
