Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care units, including medication administration and vital signs, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will work with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals, supervise CNAs, and educate residents and families about care plans.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $42 hour
