Job summary

White Glove Community Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care to patients in New York. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, including day, night, and evening availability.

Training is provided and start date is ASAP for qualified candidates. Applicants must hold a valid LPN license and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in NY or eligible to practice in NY.
• Eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and document observations.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide G Tube feeding care and Trach care.
