Job summary

White Glove Community Care is hiring an LPN to provide direct patient care in a home care setting. Training tailored to experience level and devoted clinical case managers support onboarding.

Position offers flexibility with Day, Evening and Night shifts (8, 10, 12 hours). Hourly rate is $32/hour with options to match you to a location near you. New grads welcome and weekly direct deposit available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state where you practice.
• Prior home care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with LPN scope and license.
• Perform catheterization, patient assessments, and tube feeding as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and HIPAA-compliant privacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality care.
• Assess patient condition and document observations.
• Administer medications per prescription and facility policy.
• G tube feeding care and Trach care as needed.

RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse license requirements.
• Perform catheterization, patient assessments, and tube feeding as needed.
