Job summary

White Glove Community Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a New York State license to provide 1:1 in-home care. This role offers flexible scheduling with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts, day/evening/night options, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and specialized care (G tube and trach as applicable). New grads welcomed to apply. Immediate start date available.
