What You’ll Do:

• Direct Care: Administer treatments and physician orders and take full responsibility for resident care.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with physicians, supervisors, and families to ensure the best care for residents.
• Assessment & Supervision: Complete resident assessments
• Workforce Coordination: Partner with the Director of Nursing to manage special care needs, resident transfers, and staffing workload.
• Admissions & Family Involvement: Plan for resident admissions, involving families in the care process.
• Comfort & Support: Provide emotional and physical comfort to residents, offering families the support they need.
• Leadership: Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), supporting their development and ensuring top-quality care.
