Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Ulmer, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care to former atomic energy workers and related populations. The role features full-time, 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends, and a supportive, nurse-led team focused on patient dignity and outcomes.

You will develop individualized care plans, document patient observations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulations

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of SC.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts: Full-Time 12 hour day shifts with rotating weekends
