Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care in the Madison, TN area. You will work in patients' homes delivering skilled, one-on-one, patient-centered care under a nurse-led team.

Shifts are full-time, with day and night options. Candidates must hold Tennessee LPN license and CPR certification, have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Home health experience is a plus; pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
