Job summary

Independence Plus, Inc. is expanding our in‑home nursing division in Illinois and currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). Extended care includes medically complex adults and pediatric patients, with ventilator skill training and dedicated team support to help you succeed and your patients thrive.

Nurses are paid for clinical training and first independent shift, with additional shifts scheduled. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, 401(k), and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Current IL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required.
• Experience in home health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home nursing care for medically complex patients.
• Learn and apply ventilator skills to support patient needs.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division in all of our service areas. We are now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).
