Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Towson, MD is seeking an LPN to join our dedicated nursing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11pm-7am and daily pay.

You will provide patient care per care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and support a safe, respectful environment. Must hold an active Maryland LPN license and BLS CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Maryland.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per care plan and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
