Job summary

Aviata Health Group in St. Cloud, FL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at St. Cloud.

You will provide direct patient care to residents and assist with activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising CNAs, overseeing Falls and Pressure Sore Programs, and documenting patient status.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls and Pressure Sore Programs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at St. Cloud! As an LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
