Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Brandon, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center under the supervision of a professional nurse. You will support activities of daily living and resident comfort.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supervising CNAs, overseeing Falls and Pressure Sore Programs, and documenting clinical status throughout care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active LPN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality care.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aviata Health Group, you will provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.
