Job summary

Cortlandt Healthcare in Cortlandt Manor, NY is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our clinical team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with pay up to $40 per hour and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care accurately. Work with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other team members to promote safety, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• New York State LPN license is required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred; skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and medical team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
