We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. Join our team and experience the difference for yourself!

About the Role:

As an LPN at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various treatments under the supervision of our experienced medical team. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with our residents and their families, as you work together to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
