Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions across all shifts. Daily pay is offered and compensation ranges from $31/hr to $38/hr, all inclusive.

The LPN will provide compassionate, person-centered care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, following individual care plans and physician orders. This role requires PA licensure, CPR, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per nursing standards, plan of care, and physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per plan and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly, and respond to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
