GLENDALE GARDENS NURSING & REHAB in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The role focuses on delivering patient care, administering medications, and supporting a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities include observing vital signs, assisting with admissions and discharges, and collaborating with other team members to plan and evaluate care. LPN licensure is required; 1 year of experience is preferred.

• LPN licensure required; 1 year of LPN experience preferred.
