Job summary

Fulton Nursing & Rehab in Fulton, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The role involves bedside nursing, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the health care team.

You will support admission, transfer, and discharge processes, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents. LPN licensure is required; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required; 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
