Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an LPN in Massachusetts to provide compassionate nursing care in a resident-focused environment. The role includes conducting assessments, admissions, discharges, wound care, and supervising CNAs and CMTs.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
