Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents. The LPN will work with the nursing team to support residents’ health, comfort, and daily care needs in accordance with care plans and applicable requirements.

The LPN will collaborate with the nursing team to monitor health, administer medications, and document care while maintaining best practices in infection prevention and resident

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing and care teams.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Aufgaben
