Job summary

Genesis is a leading long-term care provider in the United States seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient and resident care in our West Virginia facility. You will administer medications, observe and document changes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an approved LPN program, active state license or pending licensure, and current BLS/CPR certification as required for the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
