Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Keene, New Hampshire, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time roles. The LPN will deliver nursing care under RN supervision, administer medications, and participate in care planning to achieve positive patient outcomes.

We offer competitive base rates with shift differentials (Evening $4, Night $3) and a Per Diem option with base rate plus $1 per hour, along with full benefits and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current license by State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, deliver nursing care and promote positive outcomes.
• Evaluate patients to assess condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physician.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
