Job summary

Empire Care Centers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia to deliver high-quality medical care to residents. You will monitor patients, collaborate on individualized care plans with physicians and nurses, and perform routine procedures while maintaining accurate charts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
• Adjust and administer medications per physician orders.
• Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds).
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
• Supervise and train CNAs (nursing assistants).
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and families.
