Park View Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly and supportive team. We invest in our nurses with tools and encouragement to advance their careers.

2nd shift, full-time or part-time opportunities exist from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on weekends (Fri-Sun) with PRN options available. Join a facility committed to high standards of resident care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa LPN license required.
• Prior LPN experience preferred but not required; we may invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as directed by individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and nursing care as prescribed and documented.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with other staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
