Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a friendly, caring team dedicated to high-quality resident care.

As an LPN you will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with the clinical team to follow each resident’s care plan, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa LPN license required.
• Prior LPN experience preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individual care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor residents as directed by care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and communicate changes to the team.
• Serve as a team leader and advocate for residents to ensure safety and comfort.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinica l Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Independence West Campus by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
