Park View Rehabilitation Center in Sac City, IA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. We have 2nd shift openings on weekends, with Friday–Sunday coverage, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, and PRN engagement.

As an LPN, you will support residents with medications and nursing care per individual care plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team. Our program emphasizes growth, safety, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Park View Rehabilitation Center by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
