Job summary

Westview Care Center is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring and supportive team in Britt, Iowa. The role offers 1st and 2nd shift options including full-time, part-time and PRN with weekend package options.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care per care plans, conducting resident assessments, and advocating for residents. We value growth, benefits, and teamwork in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must have unencumbered Iowa LPN license
• Prior LPN experience preferred but training provided
• Ability to work in a supportive nursing team
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Medication administration and care planning familiarity
• Team leadership and resident advocacy

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
• Conduct periodic resident assessments and document findings
• Coordinate with care team to ensure medication and care delivery
• Act as a team leader and mentor for other staff
• Protect residents' safety and comfort through attentive care

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
