Wesley Willows Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Rockton, IL. Competitive pay is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, with full-time shifts from 6:00am-2:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm, or PRN.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding resident dignity and safety. Illinois LPN license is required, with 1–2 years in long-term care preferred.
