Job summary

Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL is seeking a Bistro Cook to prepare diverse dishes aligned with residents’ dietary needs and menus. You will safely operate kitchen equipment, aid in storage and inventory, and support events to ensure high-quality meals and service.

The role requires 3–5 years in upscale hospitality, a high school diploma, and the ability to work 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with rotating weekends. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of culinary experience in fine dining, private restaurants, country clubs, or upscale hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Must be 18 or older to operate kitchen equipment that can be hazardous (required).
• Strong knowledge of fine dining standards and advanced cooking techniques.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
