Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Riverdale, NY, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing skilled nursing team. You will provide resident care on our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license and can supervise CNAs. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and daily pay options to our team members.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
