• $1.00 PM and NOC during weekdays
• $1.50 PM and NOC weekends

Job Description

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families.
• Complete required record keeping on residents’ admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

Are You

• Customer‑service oriented.
• LPN, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or Travel-Contract LPN seeking a permanent facility with great benefits.
