Job summary

Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with shifts from 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am. You will administer meds, assist with diagnostics, monitor patient vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

LPN License Practical Nurse – Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem

LPN License Practical Nurse Salary: $24-$34.50 per hour.

LPN License Practical Nurse Shift Available:

7am-7pm & 7pm-7am 12 hour shifts every other weekend. Work 24 hours get paid for 30 hours!
