You will create and manage individualized plans of care for patients and monitor progress in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic clinical setting; prior experience across gastric lavage, neonatal supports, pediatrics, hospice and senior care is valued.
