VERITEY HEALTHCARE LLC, Mobile, AL, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will create and manage individualized plans of care for patients and monitor progress in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic clinical setting; prior experience across gastric lavage, neonatal supports, pediatrics, hospice and senior care is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Alabama.
• Experience with gastric lavage, neonatal ventilators, pediatrics, hospice palliative medicine, and senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized prescribers
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
