Job summary

The Blossoms at Prescott is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to directly impact residents' well-being. You will administer medications, provide emergency care, manage supplies, and supervise team members to maintain high care standards.

We offer full time, part time, and per diem roles with shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a, competitive pay scale, and benefits including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school or college is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English is required.
• Willingness to participate in in-service training when requested.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications per physician orders and in a timely manner.
• Provide emergency care as needed to ensure resident safety.
• Manage medication and supply availability and procurement.
• Supervise and support team members to uphold high care standards.
• Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
