The Blossoms in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to join our nursing team. This role offers Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem opportunities to provide high-quality care to our residents under physician orders.

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will administer medications, monitor treatments, and support fellow staff while upholding professional standards and compassionate care. Certification in CPR and an active nursing license are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification and LPN licensure.
• Willingness to participate in in-service training when requested.
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.

• Providing emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
