Job summary

The Blossoms at Prescott is actively seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to join our compassionate care team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available to fit your schedule and lifestyle, with shifts from 7a–7p and 7p–7a.

As a key member of our facility, you will administer medications, respond to emergencies, supervise staff, and document resident care to uphold the highest standards of quality and dignity for our residents.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and CPR certification.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to participate in in-service training.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and chart accurately.
• Provide emergency care and ensure resident safety.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and document progress.
• Support and supervise team members to maintain care standards.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.

Job Description:

As an LPN Charge Nurse at The Blossoms at Prescott, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.

Requirements:
